Keep walking

Keep walking will be a roguelike where you embody the artificial intelligence integrated into the suits of the cosmonauts sent to Bettelgeuse-501, a planet surrounded by mysteries that you will seek to unravel. The game loop will consist of exploring the planet until reaching its heart. You will have to manage your resources and evolve your suit to keep the astronaut alive throughout the journey. The difficulties will lie in the environments that put your equipment and resource stocks to the test.

Each game will be different thanks to a biome system. Each biome will have specific flora and fauna, as well as unique random events, testing your knowledge of the game.

In case of defeat, your astronaut will leave a corpse containing all his remaining resources. This corpse and these resources can be recovered in a future game to help you in your progression.

If you succeed, you will progress in solving the mysteries of the planet, but will also leave a ghost of a cosmonaut who will make your next games more complicated.

As the game progresses, you will also unlock new starting suits, with unique features.

Controls in the current state of the game:

With the left click you can select the drones and then send them to extract the crystals with the right click.

If you click on the astronaut you will open the construction menu of his suit.

The buttons under the astronaut also allow you to manage his speed.

You can also hover over the resources to identify the consumption and production of the resource in question.

You lose the game if your astronaut has no more life points. He loses them from the moment he no longer has enough nutrients, oxygen or water.

You win the game if you reach the heart of the mystery of the planet.
